DMCA & Copyright Policy

Gamolas respects the intellectual property of others and expects its visitors to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and comparable laws.

We do not host files

gamolas.space is an information directory. Our pages describe software and files and point to sources operated by third parties. We do not store those files on our servers. Even so, if a page on our site links to infringing material, tell us and we will review it.

How to file a notice

Send your notice to dmca@gamolas.space with the subject line "Copyright Notice". A complete notice includes:

• your full name, address, telephone number and email address;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• the exact URL on gamolas.space where the material appears, precise enough for us to locate it;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every complete notice and normally remove or disable access to the reported material within 2 to 5 business days. Incomplete notices may be delayed while we ask for the missing details.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@gamolas.space that includes your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

Content and contributors associated with repeated valid infringement notices are removed from the site permanently.
